At BALOOM we stand behind our products and provide a two-year limited warranty on BALOOM stretching massager, six-month limited warranty on BALOOM Microcurrent Face Massager and BALOOM Scalp Massager. BALOOM warrants all BALOOM devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for warranty periods from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.



REFUND POLICY

We believe in a customer-first policy. If you are not happy about our product or service, we offer a 30-day return on all BALOOM products for a full refund, no strings attached or a restocking fee. If you are not happy in any way, please email us at info@thebaloom.com

 We are only able to issue refunds for BALOOM products purchased directly from www.thebaloom.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

 Sale items marked with a discount of 30% or greater are FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

 We are sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.


7 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your device arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process, contact our customer support center for RMA authorization, and no charge for a return label within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge or you can choose to receive a full refund. Returns and warranty replacement request

Please contact our customer service department at info@thebaloom.com for "RMA service" to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number.

 What you’ll need:

  • Billing First and Last Name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Product to be returned
  • Description of the issue you are experiencing with your device
  • Proof of purchase – you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number.

    Note: Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number, or due to improper packaging, is not the responsibility of BALOOM and will not be covered by returns and warranty replacement policy.
