1. Sponsor

The Glass Skin Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Baloom ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on [END DATE] ("Promotion Period").

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the official giveaway landing page and complete the entry form by providing:

Email Address

Optional information, including mobile phone number and skincare preferences, may be collected for marketing and research purposes.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, or methods may result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly select up to five hundred (500) eligible entrants to receive a prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

6. Prize

Each selected winner will receive:

One (1) Baloom Collagen Booster Gel

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15.00

Maximum number of prizes available: 500

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $7,500.00

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.

To claim a prize, winners may be required to provide a valid shipping address within the timeframe specified in the notification.

If a potential winner:

Cannot be contacted,
Fails to respond within the specified timeframe,
Is found ineligible, or
Fails to provide requested information,

the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant selected by Sponsor.

8. Shipping

Prizes will be shipped only to addresses within the United States.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost shipments
Delayed shipments
Incorrect shipping information provided by entrants

9. Marketing Communications

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to receive email communications from Sponsor regarding the giveaway and related brand updates.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link included in such communications.

Providing a mobile phone number constitutes consent to receive SMS marketing communications only if the entrant separately opts in through the applicable consent mechanism.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Technical failures
Website interruptions
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Unauthorized human intervention
Any errors in the administration of the Promotion

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used for administration of the Promotion and related communications.

13. Governing Law

The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Winner List

For the names of winners, send a request to Sponsor within sixty (60) days after the Promotion ends at:
